Rice cooker is best for 2 people to cook rice and place the rice warm.
All is good except the feature display to turn the color indicator is not shown after the button pushes from cooking completed to warm mode . We need to manually understand with touching the cooker button if moved to warm after cooking is completed.

Hi, writting this review after almost 10 months of use. The product has been working very well so far and keep warm function is good to keep food warm. But I observed once the indicator moves from cooking to keep warm and if you keep main power on the rice tends to crisp and stick at bottom a little.
Also, since past month sometimes the auto-off sensor is not working and food keeps on cooking and in turn just burns inside from bottom. The indicator never shifts to keep warm which has almost so much if rice and the base of cooker too.
I am still in warranty, can anyone tell how can i claim the warranty?

We are not happy with the performance of the Panasonic Rice Cooker we received. Either the rice does not get cooked properly for want of adequate water or the rice get cooked with water remaining if we add more water. Further we understand that the top lid gets raised on completion of cooking but it It is not happening with our cooker.
We were away from 13 May to 25th May and we tried the cooker on 26 May only. We would like to return this item. Please help
