I have been using the same brand rice cooker and same size in US and works like a charm. It’s still working after 15 yrs. So bought this one for India and it works like a charm too. Extremely reliable product.

I just got this rice cooker literally 30 min ago. Delivery guy came right up to my doorstep. I was intially scared if I would get a damaged product but after checking everything is fine, no dents or scratch. I’m genuinely happy with the product for now. Will give you all another review after one month or three months of use in the future.

Very easy to operate. But be aware that the rice cooks completely till it is fully dry. If one prefers to eat rice softly, then that is not possible. Moreover the rice doesn’t swell also.

I come back to this review since this product exposed bad quality just after about 3-4 months of use. The rice pan actually regardless of very careful keeping. As stated from my 1st review, I only used soft sponge to clean it; however, the non-stick layer still fall out some small dots and later become larger (currently about 0.5cm diameter of each broken dot).
So disapointed! Panasonic in the past to me alsway good quality product.
Do not recommend since if you buy the chance you eat rice with “heavy metal” droped out from the non stick layer is very high. This again may causes big problem for your short term memory.

This is my 1st review text
It is well designed — I can cooked rice and veg at the same time! Save time!!!!!
There is one small note: one small rice layer may be over burned; however, this overburn is not too bad, depend on how much rice you cook. It may be better if you cook with 2 cups of rice or more when combine with veg.
Remember: never using any hard stuff to wash the pan — it may crash the non-stick layer. It is better just use the supplied soft cloth or the one given the product for cleaning.

Been using it for a month now. Purchased it from Olympia Industries Ltd seller for around 2.5K. Neatly packaged and delivered.
It has a nice grey shade. I was earlier using a National Brand electric cooker. It lasted long but recently it started acting up and would not heat at all. So decided to go for this as it had a non-stick cooking pan. The advantage is the cooked rice does not stick to the cooker as much and is easier to clean and rice is not wasted. We need to be careful with cleaning and use a sponge to clean it up. They have provided a small cleaning sponge as well. This cooker is much faster as well. It cooks about 200 ml of rice with twice the water in approximately 15 mins. I haven’t used the steam functionality much but just tried once and the veggies are little under cooked. It is actually good for the health conscious. A measuring cup is not provided along with it.

I like the product. Only thing not good is plastic steam basket which is so fragile and will be easily broken. O wish they hve given us a metallic steam basket like the one I got in Bajaj and preethi rice cookers

I’ve been using this product for more than an year and till now I’ve faced 0 issues. Amazing product. I’ve made biryani, polau, daal even steamed rice and every time I make something it turns out so good, I cannot express in words. Love this. After seeing the product doing so well, some of my family members brought the same model as well. Easy to clean. I generally use the liquid vim to clean it. I’d suggest you to do that only cause I don’t really think dishwashing soap are that good for the coating.
