Overall I love the product. I bought one panasonic mixie 10 years back. Still the motor is working fine but had only little problems in the jar. So I had to replace the whole mixie. But jars are designed such a way that its locked properly without any leakage not necessary to hold the lid with hand. If the lid opens accidentally then the motor will stop automatically. All the jars works for both dry and wet and grinds well for indian cooking. Mainly it grinds coconut pieces very well.

I had a Panasonic mixie from 2002. After 15 years of trouble-free operation, it just stopped one day. Instead of repairing it, I decided to buy a new one. I tried a couple of popular brands and had bad experience. I came back to Panasonic and bought this mixie. As expected, it is a great mixie – efficient, less noise. The only flip side is the cumbersome locking arrangement, without which the mixie won’t run. It is meant to provide safety; but the Indian customer has evolved so much that he / she does not need these safety stuff. My old mixie without this extra safety feature was easier to handle. So only 4 stars. Panasonic should at least introduce a couple of models without this extra safety feature.

Excellent quality product. This is our second Panasonic Mixer. First one we used for 7 years, still the motor is working without problems.
Product was packed in professional manner. Product looks sturdy and attractive. Steel blades are strong, sufficient to make Chicken kheema. This product is manufactured in India, unlike many other brands which are cheap Chinese imports. Price is very reasonable. (I paid 3999.00). Go for it… Absolute value for money.

I bought this mixer in 1995 they gave one coffee maker as a gift ,then I used this mixix till2018 ,so I again bought the same in Amazon for lesser pricearoundRs 5000 it is excellent till now it is working good
