I am using the TWS since 5 days.
Cons:
1. The “Bass Option” and the “Amplifier Option” of the dowloaded app (Google Store) are increasing the bass very less. In the option “clear voice” it is fine to have normal bass in the other options a bit more bass would be desirable.
2. While mirroring from mobile to LG TV and when buds are connected to the TV and not mobile the volume is very low and even the maximal volume is low and it can not be increased. Volume is still enough high to hear and understand everything especially as the buds give clear sound but lauder would be definitely better.
This happens also with Sony Headphones or Oppo Enco Earbuds – simply the Wi-Fi conection between TV and mobile disturbs BT connection and makes the volume low. When buds are connected directly to the mobile or tablet during mirroring there is no truble with volume. Also the BT connection to TV gives normal volume when mirroring is not in use.
3. There should be clear mentioned in the manual or in the reviews that this TWS das not need the Panasonic Audio Connect App to pair with any device but the app is just helpful to program the buds.
The other great help to make paring easy would be to mention proper that we should tuch both buds for 8 sec after taking them out from the cradle (at least 10 sec in cradle necessary before removing) to let them go into paring mood (they start to blink red and blue). Then only they are recognized by the to other devices. The buds will not go to this mood by themselves only because we simply take them out of the cradle, they will only blink blue whole time and will be not recognized even if the app on mobile is used for pairing.
4. The calling quality is just medium. My friend driving car conformed that my voice was not fully natural but clear and strong enough to have conversation. I was at home at this time and had same expirience regarding her voice. Sometimes a metalic short sound was heard in background but not really disturbing the conversation.
Ambient Mood is not very efficient means the outside noise is not much filtred out.
Pros
– The voice is clear in all 3 moods but in “Clear Voice” mood it is more sharp.
This TWS is very good to listen to self recorded audios or watch videos and cinema which may not sound clear or the dialogs are fast and difficult to understand or if they are simple not in your mother tonque and you need to hear really proper the spoken words to understand the dialogs.
– The music it is well balanced and the sound is full and vibrant. Definitely useful TWS if you like decent music and want to recognise different instruments or fine detailes and if you don’t like/need to overflow yourself with just strong and loud rhythmic bass.
– The buds are seating well and sturdy in the ears and they are not disturbing even after 2 hrs using them. If they seat to soft in the ear you can loose them easy while yawning or getting up from sofa, carefull.
– They have long lasting batteries (ca. 7hrs 10 min play time) and the charging times for buds and cradle are as Panasonic is mentioning.
– The buds feel surprisingly comfortable under the helmet not creating pressure on the ear and we can hear simultaneously well the outside sound and for exemple the Navigator voice which makes the driving more save..
Constant music should be avoided as the outside sounds will be to much overblended making driving unsafe.
By taking off helmet we should be carefull to prevent the boods to drop out of the ears and get eventually wet or damaged.
Wireless earbuds having the wire over the neck are more not so easy to loose then TWS but the freedom we get using TWS is great especially when doing some physical work or just moving in garden and the option to charge them in the cradle increases the comfort while traveling.
– The app on the mobile shows the percentage of remaining buds battery power and it is possible to use the app to program the buds. Good is definitely the Auto Switch Off Time program to power off the buds after fixed time if they are not used. The time can be chosen and there is no need to put them back to the cradle for switching them off.
A good idea to save battery power if we get absorbed in some work and forget the buds in out ears.
The app has few more interesting optons inclusive the option to updating they firmware.
3 light indicators in the front edge of the cradle show the charging status of the cradle. The buds can be kept inside during cradle charging. Cradle is small one looks ok, how long it will last is to early to say.
To charge the boods the left one has to go the left hole of the open cradle the other one to the right hole. Soft adjustment maybe necessary and red light on both boods will indicate charging in progress.
The charging can be done alternatively using any branded mobile charger, with C type adapter if they don’t have Type C pluck, ( 5 V × max 0.55A means 2.5 Watt charger would be optimal) which gives us more comfort and freedom during traveling.
In case of connection problem it is helpful to put the buds into cradle then take them out and connect again. Each bood has separat connection and sometimes one will be connected the other still not. So a kind of reset will happen after puting them into cradle.
– Each bud can be also connected to different devices or we can use only one of them and after the battery gets empty we can use the other one. It will give much longer play time but of course we use only one ear to hear.
Downloading the full instruction manual gives more options and understanding about the product.
– Boods are easy to use, the typing works well, they are not to sensitive to tuch so just a little practice makes the master.
– The BT range is really good outside (35-45 meters distance) and inside the connection is also strong and das not brake as I move around and enter other rooms and even close the door.
After 5 days practicing I don’t see any reason to return this product, which was also manufactured in Malaysia.
Especially there is no really choice on the market to buy other TWS or even wireless earbuds in reasonable price with so clear voice and in good build quality. So this one is a good compromise for me.
Panasonic RZ-S 500W or some Sony TWS would be a great option but the price of them is to high to spend on headphones or buds
Many of the expensive TWS are not giving really good clear voice according to the international tests I have seen. Everything depends on the purpose for which we need them and own perception of sound.
Some Oppo TWS have good, clear and balanced sound but the price is similar I payed for Panasonic and unfortunately company started to make them fully of plastic without silicon or rubber rings and additinally with big drivers making them uncomfortable to ware and not seating proper in the ears means it is easy to loose them. Also their sound cancelations or ambient sound are not really working well. Panasonic RZ-S300W is definitely a good but product and you should read reviews of people who are using this TWS longer to have more full picture of this device. I hope with this review I could help you farther in your research to find the right TWS for you. Good Luck

I dislike the fact that the earbuds were difficult to pair with my iPhone. I’ve had them for over a year now, and they are difficult to use for calls and to listen to music; for some unknown reason, the volume level is very low.

Amazing sound with a very long lasting battery life!
Customer –
Connects quickly and STAYS connected. However. The music sound quality is among the worst I’ve heard (sound engineer) and cannot be mitigated by software. I.e. running the media through a processor such as Poweramp equalizer will only distort the sound. These drivers are simply not made for accurate sound reproduction from media. Voices: absolutely. Call quality is excellent. But that is it. Concerned about construction as they are remarkably light. The case is an exercise in patience as there are both metal and plasyic prongs that must line up. Force it and the buds will be rendered useless an irreparable. Clearly, no expense was spared to install good drivers (speakers) or a solid structure nor a painless way to dock to buds.
None at all.
Probably leftovers from a Chinese manufacturer that changes its ridiculous nonsensical names bianually.
Battery life is excellent.

I am 73 years of age and have been purchasing Panasonic products since I was in college. Transistor radios, boom boxes, Technics components, telephones, plasma tv (still working more than 10 years old), etc, etc. Most recently I purchased two pairs of Wings bluetooth earbuds. They worked well, BUT their life seemed relatively short. I am still attempting to determine what a reasonable life is for bluetooth earbuds. Now, I purchased these “true wireless” (?) earbuds twice. The first pair did not charge. The second pair which I kept has many, many problems with the sensors, maintaining bluetooth connection, etc. When they work, they work well, but it was a full two weeks until the full volume kicked in and that occurred unexpectedly after multiple beeping, changes of volume, cutout, noise setting, etc, etc. Last night was the first time they worked relatively flawlessly until I arrived back home after a two hour walk. They began cutting out again. Considering that I could have bought innumerable cheaper bluetooth earbuds of other manufacturers and far less expensive, it is disappointing. I sincerely hope this is not a continuing problem with Panasonic products. Their customer service is also difficult. As an example, although the directions say you should use ONLY the power cord supplied for charging, the customer service said I could use any generic USB C cord. He had no explanation for the directions. They also fall out of your ears. I am at the end of my rope with these things. Going back. I reset them with the app, explored all attempts to remedy the problems, but they are just too frustrating.
