Really enjoying my 55 inch Philips 4K TV .

Its been a month I am using this TV, I also have a Panasonic UHD 4K TV and my honest review is as below\n\nPros \nBetter than Chinese Brands and at par with leading UHD 4K TV’s\nAndroid TV with all features that a smart TV can have \nBrand value and 2 years warranty \nMultiple Connectivity options \nFree Installation from Philips with stand.\n\nCons \nSound quality could be better than projected \nDon’t compare with Sony and Samsung Android TV, if you want them and can afford then get them.\nAs stated considering its an UHD 4K TV its the best when compared to all other Chinese Brands but not the best TV’s of its kind when compared to other leading brands in market which would certainly cost double the price of this TV.\n\nBottom Line is we get enough features to what we pay for this TV and we cannot expect more than this.

I wanted a good android TV from a reliable brand at an affordable price. I finally narrowed down my choices to miqled55, Vu action55 and Philips8200. Philips gadgets have never disappointed me and hence I chose Philips. Got it for 44k because of ongoing offers.\n\nPros:-\n1. 2 years warranty from Philips gives u peace of mind.\n2. Nice picture quality. Don’t worry about sharpness, brightness, viewing angles and motion videos. This device takes care of everything.\n3. DTS fi system is an added utility to connect multiple speakers. ( Although I m yet to use it)\n4. Professional installation from brand. Wall mount brought by the installation guy was also free.\n5. This TV offers a good design and look and latest audio- video features.\n\nCons:-\n1. I faced some connectivity issues initially, which got sorted itself after TV updates.\n2. TV Sound system is not enough. U need a sound bar to enjoy the music and cinema fully.\n3. Price could be a bit more competitive.

Honestly I was looking for a non Chinese TV and LG, SAMSUNG N SONY were too expensive. Also the these brands give plastic body other back where as I got a metal body in Phillips. Also a 50in h tv Insteadof a 43inch. The price in the offers was so perfect with 2 years comprehensive warranty.\n\nThis tv is not marketed like other budget and brand tvs hence its less expensive and Phillips has their own after sales . Not like other budget brand who outsource the service. It’s a nightmare from such third party after sales vendors.\n\nAlso the 16 watt speakers they are adequate for a 180 to 200 Sq ft living room too. It’s not a deal breaker trust me. Quality and clarity is good.\n\nIf your looking for value for money with excellent after sales and a strong Company Tv go for this tv. \n\nGreat picture quality and colors are very vibrant. The most important aspect of a 4k tv is picture quality and the picture quality of this tv is excellent. \n\nPhillips has been in India more than 80 years now.\n\nLove the TV .
