The outer insulation is very poor … its damaged fully within 3 months … dont buy it

Uncomfortable in my ears. And the sound was very broken and full of static as I moved around. Unfortunately I’m sending them back. May try another Phillips product as I’ve never had issues before.

This is a shitty product ,
I brought it in March 2017.
First time got battery issues, took it to the service centre. They repaired. It worked fine for 2-3 days. Then again same issue came up. Then they replaced. Now after 2-3 months of usage the replacement headphones have gone bad too…. I suggest not to buy.

It’s been 8 months since I’ve been using it and so far I’ve had no complaints. Bluetooth connects with all devices, I don’t know what problem the other customers are facing but I’ve had none so far. Gives less bass boost which is what I prefer. If you’re looking for something with bass, this might not be the right product for you but it’s perfect for me. 5 stars!
Update: Prone to wear and tear so I’ve removed a star and given it 4 stars.
