No resto valeu a pena.

Comfortable and good audio quality but the mic is lousy

It doesn’t matter that the quality is quite good, or that the noise cancelling works well. Even if these were the best headphones in the world, it still doesn’t change the fact that every time anything accidentally touches the outer right headphone cup, you get blasted with an audio message saying “THE GOOGLE ASSISTANT IS NOT CONNECTED”. You cannot turn this off. It is hypersensitive, even the slightest brush from your hand will prompt the sound bit, which briefly mutes all other sound & music you have playing.
I have no idea what they were thinking with this feature, given that you can’t turn it off. Then there’s also the charger, which is literally the tiniest charger cord I have ever seen in my life. It’s around 13cm/5 inches long, and your headphones basically need to be sitting right next to whatever power point you use. It’s not just impractical; it’s flat out annoying, you can’t even charge your headphones without them being in the way of your other devices, or low to the floor gathering dust and grime.
The decent sound quality/noise cancelling is NOT worth the ridiculous incompetent design of the headphones & the headphone charger. Save yourself some money and grief and buy another pair of headphones. I’ve never seen such utterly incompetent design.

Edit: the foam in the head band is exposed as the plastic containing them has parted after occasional use. Returned with Amazon covering purchase price and postage. I did enjoy them!

At first I hoped these would be USD$1500 Grado beaters. When they were not and when the EQ profile was not just as I liked, I hoped to find their endearing qualities.
I settled into them. Nothing is objectionable and everything is adequate or better.
The HF is clear enough, as are the mids and lows, and these remain distinct from each other. I’ve warmed to these, enjoying the cavernous yet clean bass.
Of course, I want to like them and still I do like them. The absolute quality is no more tha the $s handed over. The satisfaction is that these cans are noise cancelling, BT v.5 and acquit themselves admirably.

The headphone offered good value for money with superb sound and connectivity when it launched in 2019 but now its price seems excessive for its value especially considering it might not last more than a few years due to its average build. Sub-par noise cancellation and poor customer service by Philips are also not acceptable.

The headphones are exceptional overall.
The only thing that is a little buggy is when trying to use the touch pads on the earphone it sometimes doesn’t pick it up.
