Horrible experience the steam press was broken and was old. It wasn’t new. It was damaged and old.

There is no customer support or warranty and it’s ridiculous that the pipe gets so hot. It’s so difficult to connect

Had to order the product twice because of the missing brush. Didn’t receive the brush even in the replacement order.

It’s a reasonable product with good steam but found inconvenient to use, it’s good for cloths like shirt saree light trousers etc doesn’t work in heavy apparels like jeans or trousers jackets/blazers plus found inconvenient while using it in many ways eg operating it for more than 10-15 mins makes the room very hot given it produce hot steam, cloths gets little wet owing to proximity to steam and when you try to iron on opposite side the other side gets wrinkled, leaves water traces on cloths at times
However works pretty well on T-shirt shirts women designers cloths .
Overall not as comfortable as traditional Iron on iron board which takes care of all type of clothings but good to have it it your house as another option for ironing
