Quality product. All nice, but for the cable which is very very small.

Heating water has never been so easy. I bought it just for Philips brand. I have a trimmer which refuses to die after 6 year daily use. The attention to detail is what stood out with Philips. Coming to Kettle , it heats water in no time, keeps the water warm over good time. The auto cut off works fine. The product feels robust and not flimsy like other brands. I know friends who are using it for 3 years now. it is very useful for women who are cooking in great haste in the morning for kids. e.g. for me rice cooking time is reduced by half when I use warm water at the start. It can increase productivity in the kitchen for sure. Don’t worry about the little extra cost you are paying ,it is worth it.

Good product, but just need the cable to be little more extended….Its too short……

Faced issue with the power plug, which is little bigger size than the normal 3 pin plug. Also we can’t use normal power extension card since this device is 1800w

A small dent is seen near the brand logo and warm button..the product was delivered without proper packaging. .there was no tape or anything closing the outer cardboard

Its very nice kettle and the material used its of very good quality. I had been using the same model for past 8 years but it broke down and won’t find any replacement part; so bought the new one.
You wont regret buying it for the price.

Disappointed to found a dent near keep warming switch but it is not reduced product working capacity….
Product is little expensive as compared to quality….
I will happy either you return little amount of money or exchange a new one with this for lacking product quality by a dent.
