Overall the unit looks very nice. Very easy to use. One point of anxiety is about durability of the items. The cover of wet grinding jar is found to have cracked. I need the part to be replaced. Photograph of the cover is attached for reference.

In general the quality of Phillips mixes has undoubtedly come down instead of improving. Earlier I was using Phillips which was far more sturdier. Although the exterior look is attractive, what is disappointing is the noise levels and vibrations which are very high. The Jars stainless steel looks shiny but the guage is thin. The Lids are flimsy and leaky. The motor unit and jar locking mechanism is extremely poor and gets jammed and won’t just come out. The chutney jar could not grate half filled coconut pieces and liquid oozed out despite holding the lid with all my might. Returning the unit and buying Panasonic.
