Grill should have at least 2-3 rods, otherwise space is pretty underutilized. Otherwise great addition to any kitchen.

The product has stopped heating and I tried to contact customer care of the product but did not received proper response. The product is in warranty and customer care is saying I have to pay the service charge. They gave me engineer number who is not even answering the call. I am totally disappointed with the service and will never ever recommend this product to anyone.

No installation provided, one try is missing, heating condition is literally worst, for 200gms cake it took 50 mins & 20 mis for a small pizza baking time just to toast a bread slice 10 mins with 200 degrees still it doesn’t turn brown which is really annoying. No start & stop button provide. No proper cooking or backing steps given in the manual. Can not control timer in between baking even main power plug remove also timer still works & gets to zero. Consuming lot of time but food not at all cooking well. Such a waste product do not buy.

Not recommended to buy, not worth
