I have been using this since last 6 month, the performance is good but there are some design flaws.
After multiple uses the Tawa has an angular bend which makes it dug on the gas burner. A circular tawa will never have the bend .
Due to large diagonal size a round burner is now effective to distribute heat all over the tawa . we always have to keep changing the sides of the dosa or else it s brown from one end and white from another . (the story might be different if there is a large size burner but i suppose a house hold gas burner is standard).
The handle is too short and gets heated up as mush as the tawa so it makes it practically useless.
However the teflon coating is good, the tawa performs well if the same one is converted into a round one it will give awessome results
