packing was good. but the saucepan’s handle was bent. seems like everything came straight from factory n was packed in hurry. the edges are very sharp can cut ur hands and the final nonstick coating will come off quickly if metal spoons are used. needs quality check before sending

The products are fine, works well with induction. I am using it for last two months. Anyhow the Teflon coating is not that durable, there are silver scratches in the pan now. One has to be extra careful in cleaning them, use sponge or else they might peel/ gets scratch marks

We are using the product from last 2 weeks. We are using wooden spoon for cooking. Black layering is coming out and I see marks in the center
