1- Black colour is not getting off of the fibre outer material.
2- Lid of kettle will come with lock. To open it press the lock
3- On / Off button on the hadell is very good.
4- When on red light shows
5 – Automation cut off is working fine.
6- Handel quality good can take up weight of water with one handed.

1- Cord length is just ok. 1meter only
2- Water filling mark is inside, which is not showing from outside so for safety reasons it’s not good that a major drawback.

First things first, if the pigeon team is monitoring this, they need to understand how much it can erode their brand value.
Now coming to the product.
The images which you see on the product page is very attractive.. but what you get in ur hands is a very cheap and light quality plastic. Doubtful if it can last a month of regular use.
I got a broken product. Asked for a replacement and got a decent product without any broken parts. Decided to use it and get settled with this one. But after just 1 day of use, the bottom inner part was burnt . You can see the image with this review.
And most important flaw of this product is its design. Once you boil water, it starts leaking drops from everywhere. You can see water leaking from the bottom part of the handle. And those water can then touch the electric socket at the bottom.
Don’t even know how it passed the safety and quality check.
This product is not worth even at 90% discount as it’s a big safety hazard. And don’t be fooled by the rendered 3D images which looks quite appealing. What you’re going to hold in ur hands is a very cheap and low quality Chinese product.
