The product detail states that it is metal spoon friendly. It isn’t though. The instruction that came with the warranty card clearly states that we shouldn’t use spoons with sharp edges, metal scrubber and avoid scratching. Isn’t that what we do with metal spoons?! No where on the box does it say “metal spoon friendly”. Not returning it because it’s a pain trying to return it. But they have to change the advert.
Amazon delivered on time. But they have to screw sellers who screw consumers.
Update: it darkens the appams. the texture is great but might put off people who expect the picture perfect white ones.

It’s lightweight, but I don’t know how much of a boon it really is. Using it is easy if you follow the instructions and clean it carefully. The handles do get hot. Wish they stuck out a little more from the sides, then it might have been better.

Very good quality Teflon coating, does not stick to the surface. The handle is sturdy and the lid is light weight and good quality. Must buy and worth the money

The appa chatti is a good qaulity chatti but the handles heat up very quickly. Otherwise the product is good.
