The idli/batter sticks to the bottom of the next plate. This is because there is no idli stand but plates which can be placed in a particular position only. So, I’m very disappointed and bought an idli stand with 4 plates and using.

Today , My mother finally opened the box in order to cook idli . She noticed there is a dent on steel pot’s body and one screw is missing for side handles .

Will never order again . No whistle attached for pressure steaming. One handle spoil. If item ordered is not available in stock pls inform customer. My money burnt.

The product is good but the handle fixing screw is missing at one end. Replacement ordered but not in stock. It seems the defective item is shipped purposely by the trader.

The lid of the product is not good.When the steam builds up in the vessel the lid opens and all the steam is released because of which the idli doesn’t cook well.I am not very happy with the product.

The height of the 1st plate can be increased to avoid water entering the idlys. Otherwise product is good.
