Reviewing after a month of use, this is a very good idli maker. It can make upto 16 idlis and they turn out to be perfect. It make comparatively small idlis than the ones we eat at any resturant(which I am okay with). No problems whatsoever with cleaning. No burnt marks at the bottom. For a person like me who doesn’t know how to cook and like having idlis, this is the ideal product. Easy to use, easy to clean. You can definitely go for it !

Pro : Neat and clean lines .
Idlis turned out well.
Cons : 1. the bottom is made from very thin sheet of steel. Thicker gauge would be more durable
1. The knob to hold the plates is made from very sub standard material. Has no head to hold properly. Likely to break or wear out soon .
Small things like this defines a company . Expected better quality from pigeon. Right now using the knob from my old plates which is of superior quality and has a good head.
