I have used earphones of this brand but the neckband I bought for the very first time. Look wise it is great. It supports Bluetooth version 5.3. The connectivity is fast as it is written over the product page. It has magnetic latch on both sides of the buds. It has controlling buttons to volume up or down, which function very smooth. It supports type c cable. Provides 100 minutes playback time. Very nice product 😁
