I was really fed up with the vibrations coming to my hands by holding my previous mixer . Was looking specifically for mixer with lid lock & came across Preethi Mystic . This is exactly what I needed . The mixer base does not move at all during operation due to vaccum suction at base . Jars are easy to lock in the mixer body . And the lids are also easily locked & fit perfectly in the jar . So no need to hold the mixer at all anywhere during grinding. It has as the name suggests complete hands-free operation with triple
safety mechanism . Posted the pics of blades in the jars . They are sharp & good too . Have grinded dosa batter in largest jar & made coconut chutney in smallest jar so far . Noise levels are medium . The hot pink color of the mixer adds glamor to my kitchen . Looks of the mixer are killer . So far loved the product .

When i received the mixer grinder,one of the jars was leaking so had to get it exchanged.The box it was delivered in was perfect and the piece in general looked new.However due to the leakage,had to get it exchanged.The mixer that i received on exchange came in a box that was not in very good condition.The jars too didn’t look as new as the previous one.There was a minor dent on one of the jars too.

This product is good have been using for a year now. But the costumer service is very bad. Small jars lid is having lock issue. Hv raised complaint many times but problem still not solved
