Received with some missing accessories initially. Then I got the replacement with all the accessories. Major issue with Preethi mixer grinder is lack of jar locking system, you should always hold the jar cap else it fly and spill all around, so I checked Preethi customer care they said there is no any models with locking system so I returned and bought a bosh mixer grinder it has jar locking system and It was excellent choice IMO.
