I have bought this mixer a few weeks back and we are not at all satisfied with the performance. It does not grind the material to fine paste or powder during wet/dry grinding. My mother is very disappointed with the Mixer. When we used it for grinding garlic and tomatoes, tomatoes are ground well but the garlic pieces stay as it is. The pulses for dosa and Idly can never be ground into a fine paste not matter how long we keep it running.\n\n I thought I could trust the brand, but this is worse than all the brands we have used so far. I am not sure if it is an issue with this model alone or its a problem with all Preethi mixers. My honest suggestion to flip kart users is not to buy this.

Average mixer grinder, makes more noise. Starts and stops with some sound.\nHowever I am using it since last year, still no other issue.\ncost could be little less.
