This product is not suitable for heavy use. Temperature sensor not work properly all time. Indication lamp cover not water proof, water can pass easily through the indication lamp cover, water particles dammed internal circuit ic. Prestige servicing centre not available in every district. If facing any problem in warrenty period you must have to go service centre, wasting your valuable time. Prestige can’t provide home servicing facility in warrenty period. This kettle stopped working after 3 months. I strongly suggest for every one don’t buy this product for heavy use. My two no of prestige electric kettle stop working in warrenty period. I request to prestige authority for provide home servicing facility in warrenty period through this review.
