I ordered this product based on my previous experience with Prestige products. I had a Prestige Food processor and worked very well for 10 years and all those years I found service for the product was great. The new VS 750W Mixer Grinder has lot of improvements from previous mixer grinder, though the quality of components is not great. I can understand that this could be to reduce the cost and people would be ready to pay for good looking product also. Overall this is good buy , if not great buy.
