Only 2 jars provided instead of 3 jars advertised. Only 4 blades provided instead of 5. Manual desription (sketch) doesn’t match actual blades.

This is second one for me. first one is 5 years old and still working good after very heavy usage. but the plastic quality of body needs to be improved especially the speed setting nob, it breaks after few years. Worth the money!

the product seem to work perfect for the first few days.. then the overload button got struck and stopped working.. had to call the service centre and got it repaired within 2 days. service was good..

My Dad bought this product in 2010 from local shop. It got damage during shifting in 2020, almost 10 years. and in my home its used at most 2hrs per week since last 10 years. I bought this new product in may-2020, Since then it giving best service. Just one point, after usage wash your jar and before keeping it, dry run the jar in machine.

Built – the base could be sturdier. It needs to be held with both hands before you can remove the mixer.
Grinding / mixing – it works very well and does the job very well.
overall a very good machine. The design of the base could be improved.

The main reason i bought this Mixer Grinder is that it has Handles to hold on all its vessels, it is of great help to remove the vessel attached to mixer when your hands are slippery.
It makes fine paste of ginger-garlic then our earlier mixer.
It finely grinds the masala hence the taste of food is even better now. (Really fineness of masala does make a difference)
Due to sharpness of this mixer-grinder, batter of rice for Idlis, Dhokla etc is more fine and smooth.
My Wife and Mother liked it very much and were satisfied with its performance.
I think it is of well built quality and will last for at least 5 years.
Delivery was on time and the package was well packed.

This grinder have been serving me well for the past 6 years. I bought it from a local store for Rs.3300 six years ago. Recently, when my mother asked me to buy a new mixer grinder for her, I ordered the exact same model from Amazon for Rs.2900.
Things I like about the product:
1) Simple and functional: It has a very conservative design. It doesn’t have any fancy accessories and components which makes it reliable and simple to operate.
2) Durable: It comes with three highly durable stainless steel jars. They have survived countless drops from kitchen counter-top. The jar lids are made of unbreakable polypropylene plastic. The blades retains their sharpness really well.
3) It doesn’t heat up
3) Performance: The 750w motor is more than enough for most of the jobs.
Things I don’t like:
1) The fit and finish. However, it doesn’t affect the functionality of the product.
2) To prevent the mixer from moving around, rubber suctions cups have been attached to its legs. Sometimes, you may find it really irritating.
Warranty: 2 years warranty with a 5 year warranty on the motor. Prestige also has a free life time service. I don’t know how good it is because I never had to take it for a service.
