The build quality is not good. The grinder and the Jar wheels ware out on first use only. \n\nAnd though the product is of a good company and flipkart assured too…the whole experience was pathetic. Flipkart, if you assure something, make sure that product atleast is authentic and durable. It takes a lot to trust someone and very little to destroy that.

Poor plastic quality\nIf I compare plastic and metal quality to our 15 years old mixer grinder then this prestige elegant mixer grinder is much lower quality than 15 years old plastic\n\nPlastic is soft and not like I expected and metal jars are not very sturdy.
