Model i liked but durability is poor

Delivery in time. Packing was in original manufacturer’s gesture. Nice product at nice price. I like everything about product.
However, as told by manufacturer in their instructions manual, some burning smell was coming out at first -two uses. After that there was no issue about this. Overall it is good product at good price.

Build quality is pretty good.

Just been a month since I bought it, one of the lid of the jar was very tight and did not fit at all.. so I tried it on for the other jar and replaced the original jar lid with the 2nd jar.. No complaints so far other than the lid ..

Quality of product is not that good for the price. The blades of the jars and the couplers break often. New jars are priced extremely high. Overall a so so product and not recommended.

I’m not impressed with this product. Af first I got used product then I replaced it. No doubt Amazon service is good but not the product. It has some issue while mixing the food.

Due to lock down we were not able to check for the performance of mixer grinder, since we were struck in another city. And when finally lock down was lifted, and when mixer grinder was used. It is giving less performance. Hence request to kindly replace with a more powerful motor. And the difference in price will be paid.
