Such a horrible piece from prestige.
Cons: 1) Manufactured in April 17 {old model}
2) Plastic quality was so cheap from such a renowned brand.
3) Moreover , First time we didn’t receive the bill. That’s the most bad thing shame to seller as well how careless can you be guys…
4) No proper packaging
Atlast , it wasn’t expected from such a brand.
I won’t suggest anyone to buy this….. Totally disappointed ☹️

The motor in the mixer is being displaced from it’s position. Which causes the malfunctioning of mixer. I found two mixers with same condition which were ordered from Amazon. Might be due to poor packing or poor handling during transit. I myself found that by dissembling the mixers and repaired them ( a bit simple task just placing the motor in it’s original position). Otherwise the product is a good one.

Nice product… However would still prefer Morfy Richard due to product quality n finish… Moreover less sound.

Given the blade quality and 550W motor, it takes much effort and time to dry-grind harder items like coconut, turmeric, cloves etc. There is a lot of noise too.
Therefore, if you need a mixer to frequently dry-grind spices etc, this is *not* the mixer-grinder for you. I am returning it to buy another mixer-grinder with 750-watt motor.
