Its a time when the prestige products are good but they are losing the trust of their customers the product looks stylish but very thin steel and stand knobs are broken when I try to fit them stove is also slightly bend from one side ..

Received product which was damaged i.e leakage, had to call Prestige technician on Day1 of use to replace the damaged part. As it was under warranty technician didn’t charge for it.
Packaging of product by seller was not good

There were many negative reviews but still i ordered it and how nicely it was delivered with very good quality and finish. Worth the price go for it steel quality is good every part was intact and working properly.

WIthin 10 days of the purchase, a knob to light the stove came out and the spindle was not rotating and the stove had to be shut. On our complaint, it was attended to by the technician but the problem again happened and technician replaced the spindle. A soft plastic knob on a hard metal with no locking mechanism is not a good design as the user may inadvertently think the burner is closed but actually it is not. We were alert in preventing a mishap. I suspect the same issue to occur in other two knobs also.
Not a Prestige product when the manufacturing is outsourced.

The media could not be loaded.
There are 2 dents on the gas stove body as indicated in the video/photograph. There is chance of corrosion at these dent points. Please advise.

knob quality is bad, it seems like old I’ve received, burner is in good quality, box looks very old, main box of Amazon is new btw, stove is good, stand over burner is bad quality, very thin and light weight it should be thick metal, no gas leaking so it helps to make things hotter fast, all burner is different size, that’s good thing i guess, product is average…
