The product is delivered on May 14th 2023 and I tried to return it on May 29th 2023 but the window is closed.
The kettle emits plastic smell during operation and also with the water in the kettle. we tried various methods to get rid of the plastic smell but no use.
Now i have a waste show piece sitting in the kitchen. what a worst product from prestige..

I used to always buy KENT Electric Kettle as it looked the best but none of them lasted for more than 3 to 4 months. Either it stopped working or the Glass used to crack and i changed to PRESTIGE and its working well for the past 1+ year.
