I m getting a very dangerous problem using this hob.during cooking many times suddenly there is blast in hob.i have complain for two times but the problem is not solved yet.not expected this from such a good brand prestige.

I buy the product in Aug., 2019. Now One of my burner’s flame is low. How it will be repaired? Any body can advise me in this regards.

Horrible product from prestige. after 4 days auto ignition not working, contact customer service but spare parts not available since last 15 days. Flame leakage from bottom side. golden burner becomes dull, takes too many time to heat up pan because of higher pan stand.

Stove cum Hob is good. Almost same as pictures. However golden colour of burners is dull and that too is changing colour (getting black) with usage. Should have been clearly mentioned in listing . Using it since last one and a half year. There is some inherent problem with the burner. Biggest burner is making a lot of sound (infact like a blast) when started. This should not be the case with the stove it is very risky. I will not recommend anyone to purchase this stove. It is absolute a big no…
