1) Too over priced
2) Weak body structure.
3) Useless Fancy Features that won’t work,
In the real world.
(Whistle Counter, Keep Warm Etc)
4) Just got defective after the return
window.

5) Prestige quality check is very poor.
(Recieved product, improperly fitted
back panel, Screws were not fitted in
the thread hole, And there was Quality
Check sticker near the screw. I mean
what is wrong with you Prestige!? Hire
me, And I will do Better Quality Check

So over all I am dissatisfied with both Amazon and Prestige.

Fantastic product and fast delivery and best packing.
Initially i thought the seller might be bad because there were many bad reviews about product and packing,but my packaging was superb.
Now talking about induction itself by far the most intelligent induction in indian market. There are almost 20 preset options to choose with. Yes there is no manual mode but there is no need. Initially we thought to return because we thought its useless to have induction without manual mode but when we used it for 3 days now its superb. There are options for almost everything in Indian kitchen can churn out, from roti to dosa to curry to meat and even simple khichadi.
Most interesting part of this induction is whistle preset,
Just go for it.

Please don’t buy this product worst after sale service the induction cooktop got spoiled within a month amazon told us to get in touch with the company directly as they would be the best bet for help but when we call then up they said they immediately said we ll send the technician in 7 days . No one came we called again and logged another complaint same thing this happened 3 times till they gave us a regional manager name and number and told to get in touch with him so we did. RM Told then again told call the company and refile the complain as we need a complaint number which they didn’t provide us then to call him back. It been a month the RM of prestige company refuses now the calls we really don’t know what to do frankly. Please don’t buy any of prestige products it’s my firm request the after sales service is really bad

Working without any issues. whistle counter works well but after counting is over does not turnoff the induction completely off so if you are going out of house in the morning and returning back by afternoon for lunch till that time induction display and fan remains ON. it should have switched off after 5min to save power. I took 2 years extra warranty by paying extra.
