I purchased this in October 2020, the return policy says it should be unused, but how will one know how faulty the product is without using it?
The biggest burner has lower flame then expected and makes noises when trying to turn it off. Not sure if it’s the case with all the products, but the one we received is giving problems. Also many a times it takes time for the burner to lit up. Only the biggest burner is giving these problems as of now.
