Couldn’t change the taste of the water
You have to find a sweet spot between cracking the bottom tank wall and tightening the tap, or it will leak.

Initially with new filter, it purifies 8L water in around 1-2 hour or less. Yes!. In initial stages say upto 100-150L water purification stage is pretty impressive. Also, the TDS level is in acceptable range. So.. It works pretty well upto 10% of its total cartridge purification limit (I. E. Around 1200L costing at 599). After that, it slows down and purifies in nearly 3-4 hours for few more Litres and ultimately slips down to 8-9 hours for purifying 8L water!!.. Just near to 200L purification value. So its not decreasing gradually in steps, but it just sinks down automatically to 8 LONG HOURS SO AS TO GET 8L OF PURE WATER. Its highly time taking thing. My earlier purifier HUL PUREIT 23L device used to take around 5 hours for complete fill of 7L tank.. That too when Filters half life had passed. Over here before attaining that stage it drops down to so much time at just 200L of water purification. How can the company expect that filter will really survive or is in a working condition to upto 1200L,as company itself has mentioned to change the filter as soon as we experience low filter rate of water purifying. Its really shameful and disappointing that PRESTIGE LIKE BRAND IS GIVING SUCH TROUBLE. MOREVER THEIR AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE IS WAY BEYOND 3RD GRADE!!.. I feel we should go with other better options like Aquaguard or Bluestar.

This water filter is amazing. I have been using it for almost a year now and the quality of the plastic was also great. There was a jar like on top which filter all the bigger dirt. Almost all it was a valuable buy.

What I liked
Easy installation
Compact fit
Flavor of water is sweet
There was leakage initially from the tap area but I screwed the tap a bit more and issue was resolved…luckily I also had a cap for the tap area from previous water filter so there is no chance of any leakage
Also water filters at a decent speed
Forget about what others are writing! If you fit it properly it work like any other gravity filter but the quality of filtration is what separates prestige from the rest! We live in a society where the water is supplied by pwd so if its normal ground water then go for it blindly

Firstly product delivered was not same in appearance as given in the display. The quality of water shows same tds before and after filtering.
