The Product is fragile. The screw of the Upper Motor portion broke within a week. The Blades are not rotating when the Cover for the lower container portion is put in place. By the time I discovered this the last date for requesting replacement was over. I have incurred lot of loss.
I would appreciate if the provision for Replacement is given to me as a special case, as a Prime customer. Thanks.

The product is easy to use and also it is strong qnd durable machine. but it has an issue with on/off push button, sometime it get stuck.

Good product, easy to handle, easy to wash. Though kindly purchase only for small scale cutting or whipping purpose, not as powerful as mixer or food processor do.
I like the product is value for money, suggest to add speed adjust nob that would be helpful. It rotates with only one speed mode.

Dont buy this chopper, the plastic is used to gears they melt very soon after 4-5 uses, given it in service center ,says no spares since 45days we dont expect this kind of service from prestige

Product is working perfectly but the bow is breakable and very inferior. Avoid purchasing this product as its absolutely wastage of money. The bowl of this product is made of below standard quality of plastic

For the first time I received faulty product with detached motor. On replacement got working product. Very useful for chopping purpose but a bit heavy which makes it vulnerable so you have to take extra care of it.

Gud product.worked well for more than one year. after 1 year, motor is perfect but the grip between motor and blade lost. Spare part not available.so became useless
