The left hand side stove stand shown does not sits stable resulting in unstable tumbler whatever is kept on same with risk of falling off from the stove.The knob on right hand side can rotate 270 ° easily and won’t last long as even 180° movement is also not smooth.Quality of steel very poor as this might not be 11kg as claimed by TTK PRESTIGE .Feel cheated wrt Brand name and product delivered to me

Big Burner started coming yellow flame . It’s not a complete blue flame.
Very very less weight so while cooking it make a noise also stand keep shaking while cooking which make vessales to fall while cooking

The media could not be loaded.
Received with pressed condition. Rest looks ok . We tried working it’s going good. Today we received the product.

Writing this review after using for 6 months. I would not recommend this product to any one. The main problem is with the pan support, which is very important for proper cooking. This model design is flowed and any vessels kept on the pan support does not seat properly and keeps on tumbling / shaky. There is no warranty for replacement. Even if you replace the pan support via prestige customer care, the same issue persist.

Bought this product from prestige, assuming brand value but am very disappointed.
Material quality is poor, one of the gas knob stop working (on off the gas supply) after 30 min usage; seema like due to heating problem of material ( but only for 1 knob out of 3 ?)
Tried customer service; their followup is very sloooow; bought this last year in nov but yet to get any service or resolution or replacement so far (May month now).

Please don’t expect a mega thick stainless steel body… it comes with an average range thick steel body which sturdy. You are going to put 10 or 20 kg weight so it works fine for below use. The 3rd burner comes handy if you need to prepare something, in an unknown situation. Overall, it’s a good investment.
