Used it just few times and the knob ie the warm and cook switch stopped working. Too many cook spoils the soup but in this case even less cooking spoils the cookar.its of no use.

I hv been using rice cooker since 10 yrs and i always valued its easiness to cook rice but this time i was bit disappointed. I received my rpoduct in 1 pieve without any dent but there is a gap between while lid is closed(look the pic attached) so i think it will need more time and water to cook rice as pressure wont be same as closed lid.
I am not planning to return it as i really beed it. Mine is 1.2L version whoch i felt is small for the price i paid.

We can cook almost 4 cup rice or any rice items or do maggi type foods Or boil eggs or corns etc…
Problems is while cooking rice the hot boiling water comes out of the vent. If we put less water the bottom layer rice always sticks with the vessel. Otherwise quality is good.
To avoid rice sticking to vessel switch off the cooker some what before or when the boiling sound stops.

i have used other brand earlier which was not very impressive so decided to go for prestige. effective wise, this is very good however, i think may be i gt a old stock or no idea…from the first use only non stick in the cooking pan started to peel out horribly n spread all over the rice…tried 2nd time after cleaning but cont to peel out more. i called up amazon customer care n requested for replacement of the pan but since it was not possible to do that, they offer return n refund…that is after a week of delivery. something beyond my expectation. thanks to amazon n the customer care representative for understanding the issue related n offer the best help.

Good product. Like all other electric rice cooker you have to protect it from water going inside the heater. Cooking time approx 30 mins. Easy to use but it should be handled with care.

I bought this product from outside and is using it for last 1.5 years, almost daily. It is boon for a bachelor or a small family of 2-3 members. Cooking rice is very easy with this. I also use it for steaming vegetables, reheating food etc.. 🙂
Bought it again for my brother.
Cons:
Cleaning the interior part and the lid of the cooker is difficult.
There is no on/off switch. It goes to warm after cooking.
Auto off is not there.
