I used this product to reheat brown rice (In microwave all moisture is gone ) and keep it warm.. I cooked rice in one pan and when it was done, I made ragi porridge in the other.. It was all perfect.
I wish they could make stainless steel pans. Because it is aluminium, i have to change to storage vessel after cooking .

The product got delivered with a Ugly and damaged box. Looking it I felt a second hand item. Noticed this product was returned by another customer (by looking at the Paper work stick on it). I obsereved loose power cable connection. I returned it and good another replacement. Guess what this one also arrived in a Ugly product box. Seller need to take care of packaging or maintaining quality.

We have been using Panasonic since many years and this time when searched for 0.6 Cups, observed Panasonic is too expensive and we wanted to give it a try on this Prestige Rice cooker. It worked out very well. Been using it since 1 month without any issues.
