it was a good product and i liked it atta kneader and coconut screaper

after 1/2 an hour using the moter was bocome hot the wire was not good thickness 1 square mm only

Grinder is working good but it is a very old product 2015 model many new models with great ease are there in the market \nTo me it appeared that Flipkart is pushing the old pieces

IF IT IS NOT WORKING AFTER REACHING YOUR HAND, NEVER THEY WILL REPLACE.\n \nWORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH PRESTIGE GRINDER\n\ndear sir/ madam \n\ni am extremely sorry to see this small issue remains unfinished. \n\nthe issue of taking back the damaged product is very badly delayed even \nafter a one month, the registered return request is cancelled of your own. \nit is very bad to see the flipkart deal on this particular issue. 12 dec \nwas fixed to solve, the taking back is fixed again as 15th dec, now it is \nfixed as 20th. i feel sorry for choosing this buy through flipkart \n\nthere is no use in contacting the customer care , just they give yes yes \nyes replies, but no action was initiated \n\n\nthanking you,

I got this for use in South Africa and ordered thinking Prestige is good. It was tagged fragile and the box was with me until I opened today. While opening I could feel loose nuts inside. Tried opening the screws at the bottom. That time observed that 2 nuts from bottom are missing. \n\nAfter opening the bottom cover I could see that the nuts on the motor were loose and also the nuts that hold the motor to the base are lying at the bottom. \n\nTied everything and put it back. It works good now. Build quality of material is really bad. \n\nI will buy ultra next time and not prestige.
