Dear Prestige,
I have purchased this product from a Prestige authorized showroom 6months back. While purchasing this product, the seller has told me that nothing will happen to the black coating around the burner. But within 2/3 months after purchase, the coating is peeling off. I have contacted to the customer service of prestige, but they are saying there is no guarantee for color coating and they are giving a funny suggestion as well, “don’t use water to clean the gas oven”.
Like seriously!!!!!!!! That is your suggestion!!!! I think whenever you have designed a gas oven model the main purpose should be the best usage of oven, not the best and expensive decorative element of kitchen.
