Glass of the stove is broken in 6 months. Prestige customer care service is very bad. From last 15 days I am calling every day to get it replaced but they haven’t got back. They are least interested if the product is purchased from Amazon

Need to remove the brass burner before lifting for cleaning. The brass burner should have been screw model, as this is not helpful for cleaning.
