Not grinding fine paste takes lot of time

Packaging was perfect, received without any damages. It grinds well .it is occuping less space comparatively yet the TILT PRESS BUTTON is very very hard to push which is supposed to be easy and effortless. We have to gather all strength to Press it.bought this for my aged mother to make her work simple.not really satisfied. Finally, the motor is getting heated after five minutes of working.

I have been using this grinder for the last one year and must have serviced it about 5 times.
The main problem is that of the switch and the alignment of the stone. Does not grind well and the switch goes of quiet often. And each time you register a complaint, it takes nearly 5 to 7 days to have this serviced.
I would have been better off had I chose some other model or brand.

The grinding stones are small, so it takes lot of time for the dosa batter to grind, because of this the motor gets heated and the batter also gets warm. I wish the company replaces these small grinding stones with larger ones. The tilting feature of the drum is also not of much use, as the drum doesn’t tilt that much as is necessary to empty it fully.

Ground soaked urad to soft, light, snow-like batter in a matter of minutes, idli rice also soaked, to smooth paste! Easy to use and clean if you have time. Value for money nevertheless. Idlis are petal -soft and come out well each time.
