Dry grinding jar’s blade is different from the user manual book.

The small mixie blade is not as per the description in the manual. It has only one two sided blade whereas the manual and the pictures say it has 2 two sided blades. Also the stuff gets stuck between the rubber and the lid which makes it really difficult to clean. Otherwise a good product. Noise level is low as compared to other mixies.

Within one month of delivery the product has stopped working and I have a warranty for 2 years and it’s been two weeks since I’ve been asking for help. I’ve tried every possible way to get in touch with your team as well as the seller team. There’s no response from both ends and I want this fixed at the earliest. You guys either replace the product or get someone to fix the product as it’s something that’s essential for daily use. I’m expecting a reply at the earliest with the solution of fixing the same. Else I’ll have to take measures that’ll look ugly for the seller as well as Amazon
