The charge does not remain for even 20 hours, contrary to their claim of 32 hours

Astonished that brand like ptron managed to offer these earbuds at cheap price but it has several issues that during the call it is a headache and battery drains quickly for no reason. I experienced that brand like ptron lacks packaging skills, atleast it could have been better. It looks like roadside one. Buds and case placed inside the folder along with cable and guide, talking about the sound during the pair it felt that of cheap earphones that we buy from local market. But once the pairing done, it is balanced. Bass is overpowering and watching any video sounds flat but songs they do sound better. These earbuds needs a quality check as it failed during the call and battery stats are not accurate, removing buds from case is a tedious task. However below rating is based on initial impressions

Sound and connectivity is very poor.

The product build good and sound quality is good. But you can see a connectivity issue sometimes. The speaker for voice calling calling is not that good the receiver don’t hear the voice properly while on call. The connection get interrupted in music or phone call while walking in street.
