First when I unboxed the earbuds 1 earbud was not working so I restarted it and it started working. I like the bass of the earbuds and it is worth for money.
How to restart earbuds:
1. Disconnect the earbuds if you have connected it anywhere
2. Keep earbuds in it case
3. Remove both earbuds at same time from case
4. To restart press and hold on touch sensor for 5-10 seconds
5. Keep earbuds in case and remove after 10 seconds and then connect them and then both earbuds are working.

Build Quality is good and compact in size. There is no problem during the call with clear voice. Came with glossy finish with give nice look to the case, charging last for about 30 hours. Good bass cause 13mm driver, And value for money product…. Sound and build quality really amazing

Buds battery is draining quickly. It doesn’t come for at least 3hrs. Very waste buds

Very bad due to following reason:-
1. Bluetooth connectivity -break during music play, as the disconnect and connect one by one every 5 sec.
2. During the phone Call mic is not working properly and sound to other is not listening and very slow and disconnected voice everytime.
I check many time
I need to replace this item but return/replacement time is over,
How can I solve it.

I am writing review same day,..If there is option if zero star then i will give it… sound quality is below average and battery last Max to max 1 hour. So that i return it same day.. don’t buy this is useless..

Really I like this product.They have a premium sound quality with perfect bass.The best thing about these Basspods is good comfort,the battery backup also very good. It is truly a value for money product.
