I bought the watch after believing the graphics I saw on the Ptrons smartwatch page on Amazon.
The trouble began on the first day itself. The watch could not be easily paired with the smartphone. The Ptron watch app is just a waste and useless. It works rarely and pairing will take hours of hard work. I paired after struggling for hours.
Then the menu on the watch is very slow and confusing. The screen is very irritating and no quality. The watch charges very slowly and gets discharged very quickly. The oxygen montor, BP monitor and all sensors are just a big scam. On eighth day, the watch went dead completely. Unable to charge and totally dead. The return window period is over and I am struck with this dumb watch. Please dont buy ptron watch. Its just some damned china watch, and the app is also from china… Useless damned app and waste watch….

Have purchased the watch for my wife. There are lots of options with reference to the colours with lots of features. The call volume is also clear. Its been 4 days and there is still sufficient charge left. Finally i can say the smartwatch is good in all aspects like design, easy to use and battery back up. 👍👍👍👌👌👌💞

Few things to know before buying:
-if bluetooth callling is enabled then if you play media in phone the sound comes from watch
-if you have Nova launcher or other launcher set as default then installing ptron fit plus app messes things up and resets launcher forcing you to select the default launcher everytime you close any app.
-notification is limited to a predefined list of apps not all app notification in phone will show up
-wrist sense option which turns on display to show time on wrist movement is a hit or miss at times
-no always on display option
-ecg just shows a running graph that’s it
-warch crown function is only to swap watch faces and to come to home screen
-find phone sometimes doesn’t work(maybe needs bluetooth calling enabled)
-vibration is only once for incoming call
Update:
-Battery life is less than 24hrs
-Buggy app messes up all launchers not just Nova ( no response from developer or company)
-Inconsistent bluetooth connectivity requiring restarts of watch and app

This watch is good in style ,looks display, everything…. But battery backup is worst…only 2 days lasts battery After full charge ..waste watch with respect to battery rest all good.
