Please do not buy this product it’s totally waste of money.. you might find it cheaper and the catchy taglines are really attracting but the after sales service is worst among all. When I bought this water purifier first month was very smooth and all was fine but after one month the the water filtration unit is stopped working I have to call the service centre almost after a week when he came and repair the filter the water quality was not as earlier. I complaint against regarding this but till now have resolve it and now after 3 months the gkk filter which which they call germ killing kit stop working and now that’s saying a sir you have to purchase a new gkk kit which cost around 3500 rupees and they are saying we only provide warranty only for the electronic component not for any filtration kit. You better go for other purifier which might be a bit costly but the after sales service is much better and the maintenance cost is very less.

Please don’t buy any low or middle class family. You can buy it easily but Maintaining this machine is too costly.
Product is ok but after buying in every 6000 liter you have to change all the filters which cost is nearly Rs.4500. which is too costly.
Don’t think to use after 6000 liter till be locked automatically the software is made that way only.

I’m reviewing after two months of usage. The water tastes good if you have less salt content. But the product does not seem to save water as it claims. It started giving me trouble in just months. The main Membrane had to be replaced which is horrible (even local RO comes around 1 year) and then the tank does not get filled and the water keeps coming from the outlet. The technician repaired it, but after 4 days it started giving the same problem.
Contacting the helpline is another horrible thing, they don’t provide toll free number, you are charged high value, and the help line people are not so responsible.
I’m completely fed up with the product.

Product is Good but Installation Experience is Very Bad Because Installation Expert has No Manner to talk with Anyone & Totally Worst Nature Of Your Expert. He is Roughly Fitting the Purifier without Caring of Any of the Parts. So,Flipkart First Give Training to your Installation Expert & Than Sell the Product. Overall Worst Experience.

Not at all useful for salty water,
If you want to purify salty water in your locality then it will only work for 2 – 3 months after that membrane will stop working, Even though it was under warranty I had to pay to fix new membrane it was horrible service by pure it
Will never ever buy pure it.

The water purifier is working perfectly with out any issues. We have been using for the past 2 months, everything is good so far. Many users complained about the water leakage, fortunately i haven’t found any leaks with this purifier. The built quality is superb, if you are looking for a reliable and a good TDS (135)..? can easily choose this model without any second thought.

Machine is completely waste of money… We have purchased it on 19.01.2021 and till now means within 3 months machine got damaged or inoperational 3 three times and every times it takes 10-15days…. I am a regular buyer from Flipkart but it seems this time we have got a defective item.

I am given the review after 6 months of usage this product. water purifier filters will change every 6 months once or 3k liter usage. that called germ kill kit, the filter value is 5k. this one not covered in warranty.. best products available in market compare with this. my humble request don’t go this product.
