Not as expected. \nHigher water capacity with only 3kw heating capacity which is same as 3 ltr model. \nTakes more time to head the water.

This product is cool. it heats instantly but only 1 person can use it on 1 time. other than that everything is cool. dont use Racold service provider source someone from local it will cost you less.

Giving 3 star just because of the extra installation charge that include Pipe, Plug, Technician charge and others which cost you around 700-900/- rs\n\nDelivery\nEstimated delivery date is 24th Sept, 2020 but with my surprise I got it delivered on 22nd Sept, 2020. One more time amazing delivery experience with Flipkart.\nDelivery person was really Humble and Polite. \n\nProduct\nHaving some minor scratch on the front sticker else product is good with good packing from Flipkart.\nPackage contains only Geyser and a Wire attached to it, No plug or Connecting pipe is provided by Racold\n\nInstallation\nAfter book an installation with Racold customer care, get it installed within 24 hr. Installation person is very professional and polite.\nInstallation took 760/- rs. 250/- Technician charge, 360/- Pipe charge, plus Plug and others\n\nReally need to work on this Racold and Customer need to keep this in mind when buying the product.\n\nUsed it after installation for the first time, it takes around 3-5 mins to heat the water. For every other bucket, it takes less time.

I rated this 4 star because, they said I had to contact Flipkart (which I did) to arrange the installation, after delivery. But, there was no response from Flipkart, in spite of repeated emails. \nI had to arrange the hot water geyser installation on my own, at an additional cost. \nIt would have been nice, if Flipkart said no installation. This would have saved me the frustration from communicating with Flipkart customer service and my blood pressure would have been normal.
