Received the geyser in damaged condition for which I had paid in advance. I am extremely disappointed with Flipkart for not replacing the damaged geyser inspite of numerous calls to Customer support since last 15 days. I hope someone higherup in Flipkart takes note of my complaint and makes arrangement for replacement at the earliest.\n\nI have finally received the replacement of my damaged Recold geyser , though it was not that smooth. Anyway, thanks for the replacement.
