Good Product. The product is awesome and it’s take to 5 min for hot water and It given cut on/off, this is useful for power saving. It’s been a week since I got geyser but no problem found. It’s working fine.

I have been using Recold Geyser for last so many years. So, I do have confidence on Recold. This particular geyser is not an exception. Look wise, quality wise this is perfect for my bathroom.

The product was delivered very promptly on the very next day of placing the order. The product is very good there is no doubt about it. The installation took two/three days and it was a very short process. The technician was in hurry and was rather reluctant to explain the working of the geyser.
The bad experience started now. For the size of the bathroom the size of the geyser seems to be large. I went for 25 litres storage geyser as recommended by the local dealers. The size of 15 liters geyser would have been an apt size and I tried with the customer care executive of Amazon to help me change the geyser for lower capacity. I was refused quoting their policy. It is very easy to quote the company’s policy and say ‘no’. Because that ends the matter. I have started using the geyser and it is a good product. It is only one week of using.
