While other brands are selling 5 star energy efficient AC in this price range , this one is 3 star, cools quickly and works as stated in specifications.
L shaped brackets for keeping outdoor unit are not included in package , had to buy it separately, would be better if included in package to avoid buying the same at 11th hour.

Amazon delivered it on time and I’m happy with Amazons service. It’s been more than 1 year since I’m using this and this products cooling is not good from 1st week . From 5th month my display was not working and the service center did Jugaad and went. Now again I’m having same display problem and the AC is not at all cooling . Other AC brands are much better. Even service centre people are continuously lying and Samsung has the worst customer service . So please think twice before buying this product . Don’t waste your time and money . I regret buying it now .

Please confirm AR18NV3HLTRXNA for Outdoor unit and AR18NV3HLTRNNA for Indoor unit are for my ordered 1.5 T A C and they are compatable. The Indoor unit appears to be smaller.
Packed boxes has not been opened yet. The inside items will be reviewed by Samsung installation executive. Then it will be communicated to you.
